Hi my name is Jason Borregard and I am broker and owner of Prudential Chalet Realty. I am a life-long citizen of Livonia and attended Livonia Public Schools. I have been selling real estate in this area since 1998 and am a second generation REALTOR. My father, Gerald Borregard, started Chalet Realty Co. in 1979. In the the late 1980's Chalet Realty Co. became Century 21 Chalet. Gerald's company remained with Century 21 until January 2007 when Jerry decided to part ways with Century 21. Shortly thereafter Donna Valle, Chalet's long-time office manager,  and I, with Jerry's help started a new company with the Prudential Real Estate Team.  We, here at Prudential Chalet Realty, pride ourselves on customer and client satisfaction and are constantly doing whatever it takes to make our agency a great place to sell or buy a home and a great place to work.

My specialties include listing bank-owned homes, all aspects of the reloaction process, selling investment homes, working with first-time home buyers, and just about anything in western Wayne and Oakland Counties. My personal motto is  "knowledge, honesty, and hard-work will always get the job done".
